A Little Bit About Me
I'm turning 50 years young this year and I am fortunate to have inherited a tremendous amount of fearlessness in life.
Born and raised in New Jersey to a working-class family that had its struggles, I initially believed and accepted that struggle would be a part of my life. However, from an early age, my spirit pushed against that belief and I began experience my personal power every time I did. I became self-sufficient at age 15 but with that came the mental walls that caused me to often learn things the hard way. Lots of mistakes and pain caused me to begin asking a lot of questions.
I started my first business at 24 and would start three more businesses in the next 17 years. Two of the companies I created allowed me to support my entire family during that time, which had me on top of the world, and one derailed my savings at a time where I felt I was hitting my stride. You could say that I have a tremendous amount of business success experience and business “what-not-to-do” experience!
I am so grateful for all of the experiences in my life both good and bad as they have molded me in living a balanced life and given me the courage and strength to pursue my passion. I wake up each day feeling energized and start with my own rituals, meditation and exercise to get myself into a peak state and ready for the day. I practice yoga and meditation daily. My experience today is one of expansion, focus and self-love. I step into my purpose each and every day. I continue to work on myself each day and love what I continue to discover.
I began my coaching training in 2010 through the Robbins Institute and I was hooked from there. I have since worked with 4 more coaching programs that have provided me with a well rounded approach to deliver exceptional coaching. I was extremely fortunate to find several great coaches with whom I still work with today and I am part of a wonderful coaching mastermind group.
Most of all I look forward to working with you.
